Privacy and security in brief

• Your layouts, drawings, alerts, personal scripts and settings stay on your PC.
• To run your licence we receive a hashed identifier for each computer, its name, Windows version, app version and IP address.
• Broker and data-source access is encrypted, used only for you, and deleted when you disconnect.
• There is no advertising and no third-party tracking in the terminal.

Troubleshooting

The installer is blocked. Choose More info, then Run anyway, in the SmartScreen window. Download only from themarketrevelation.com.

It says I have no access or no free seat. A licence is needed, and each covers a set number of computers. Contact us to get a licence or release a seat on a computer you no longer use.

A chart is blank or looks wrong. Pick the market again, then try Settings → Cache to clear stored history.

A market has no data. Connect a data source for it, or check that the connection in Data sources has not expired. Indian broker sign-ins usually expire each day.

An order was refused. Check that Live orders is switched on for that account, that the order is not bigger than its Largest live order, and the broker's message in the account panel. Then check your broker's platform.

NinjaTrader does not connect. Make sure NinjaTrader 8 is running and logged in, and run the one-click setup again.

Prices stopped. Check your internet connection and any proxy in Settings. The status of each connection is shown in the app.

Getting help

Open a support ticket in our Discord server or email [email protected]. Tell us your app version (in Settings) and what you were doing. We will never ask for your password, a broker password, a PIN or a one-time code.

Complaints go to our Grievance Officer under the Grievance Redressal policy. All the terminal's agreements are on the TMR Terminal legal page.
