Copy trades across prop firms
One leader drives followers at any firm, each with its own ratio and contract cap. An account can lead several groups at once.
Trade your leader the way you always do. PropSyncer keeps every follower on the same net position — across prop firms, across platforms, from futures to forex — sized to each account and corrected on every move.

under-trade, never over-trade
Six things decide whether a copier keeps an evaluation alive. This is what PropSyncer does about each.
One leader drives followers at any firm, each with its own ratio and contract cap. An account can lead several groups at once.
1 × $20 ÷ $10 = 2.00 lots
Crossover drives NAS100 from NQ — or futures from a CFD leader — sized by the point value your broker reports, never by the symbol’s name.
Futures followers mirror your working stop and target. CFD followers get them on the position, at the same distance from their own fill.
Every move recomputes each follower from scratch, so a rejected order, a dropped socket or a manual trade is fixed on the next move — not compounded.
Daily loss and profit limits, trade counts and contract caps are checked before anything is sent. A rule that cannot be evaluated blocks the trade.
Copying is local and your broker logins are encrypted on your machine. There is no server between your leader and your followers.
Leader +2 → each follower recomputed from its ratio, always rounded down
Copying orders and copying the position look the same until something breaks. This is what each one does next.
A futures leader can drive CFD followers on MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradeLocker and DXtrade — and a CFD leader can drive futures. Size, stop and target are converted, not renamed.
NQ drives NAS100, and a NAS100 leader can drive NQ or MNQ. Into futures, size rounds down to whole contracts — less than one is skipped.
Below a broker’s minimum lot, a copy is skipped. 0.005 lots clamped to 0.01 would be a double-size position, not a half-size one.
On a CFD account a reduction closes positions, oldest first. It never sends the opposite order that would open a second position beside the first.
Worth knowing: a bracket that scales out across several targets is not carried to CFD followers yet, and no stop or target crosses from a CFD leader into futures — the follower gets none rather than a wrong one, and the app warns you.
The app itself, running here with sample data. Scroll to a screen and the pointer walks you through it.
Four futures routes and four forex and CFD platforms, in one copier. A leader on one can drive followers on another, evaluation accounts included.
Tradovate and Rithmic logins connect through NinjaTrader with PropSyncer Link. Topstep connects through the TopstepX API. MetaTrader 5 is in beta.
Install PropSyncer Link into NinjaTrader, or sign in to TopstepX, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradeLocker or DXtrade. Every account those logins hold appears in one list.
Pick the leader, add your followers, set a ratio and a contract cap for each. Defaults cover the rest.
Trade the leader as you always do. Followers track its net position while the risk rules watch every dispatch.
Check your firm first
Copying between your own accounts is allowed at some firms and not others, and the answer can differ between evaluation and funded stages. Read your firm’s terms before you arm a group.
One trader, one set of accounts
PropSyncer is for copying between accounts you own. Feeding accounts belonging to different people is the shared-signal pattern prop firms prohibit and detect — it puts those accounts at risk, so we do not support it.
Copy to every account at once, with risk limits, prop-firm rules and your privacy built in from the first order.
Short answers about what the copier does for you. Anything specific to your accounts is better asked directly.
Kept private
We do not publish how the copier is built, which firms a customer runs, or any account detail. Rule questions belong with your firm; setup questions belong in a conversation with us.
It keeps the accounts you own in step with one of them. You trade your leader account as usual, and your followers track its net position. Each follower has its own size setting, so they do not all have to trade the same quantity.
On the futures side, NinjaTrader — and through it the Tradovate and Rithmic logins NinjaTrader holds — and Topstep through TopstepX. On the forex and CFD side, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradeLocker and DXtrade. A leader on one platform can drive followers on another.
Yes, on the Elite plan. A futures leader can drive CFD followers — NQ to NAS100, for example — and a CFD leader can drive futures followers. Size is converted by the point value your broker reports, never by the symbol name, and anything that would round up to a bigger position is skipped instead.
Yes — it works at the platform level rather than inside any one firm, so accounts held at different firms can sit in the same group. Whether you may do that is a question for the firms involved, not for us.
That is the firm’s call, and the answer varies between firms, between account types and between evaluation and funded stages. We do not publish a rulebook per firm: those terms change without notice, and a stale summary on our site would be worse than none. Read your firm’s own documentation and ask its support in writing before you copy anything.
No. PropSyncer is for copying between accounts belonging to one trader. Driving other people’s accounts from one signal is the pattern firms prohibit and look for, and we do not support it.
Yes. A futures follower receives your working stop and target orders. A forex or CFD follower receives them as a stop-loss and take-profit on its own position, at the same distance from its own entry. A bracket that scales out across several targets is not carried to CFD followers yet — the app warns you rather than guessing.
Pro if every account you copy trades futures. Elite if any of them trades forex or CFDs, or if you want Crossover — copying between the two markets. Both run the same copier and the same safeguards.
On your own machine, encrypted with a key that machine holds. They are not sent to us, and nothing about your trading has to leave your PC for copying to work.
It runs on your own Windows PC, so a VPS is a convenience rather than a requirement. Some firms have their own views on where and on how many devices you may trade — check yours before you move it onto hosted hardware.
Copying is local, so a brief outage does not stop it, and there is a grace period before anything locks. If the app does lock, it stops copying and leaves your open positions exactly where they are — closing them for you could breach your firm’s rules.
Not much more than this page. The replication behaviour and the safeguards are described because a trader needs them to judge the tool; the implementation, our customers’ setups and anything that identifies an account stay private.
Ask us on Discord. Setup questions — which firms you trade, how many accounts, how you want them sized — are handled in a private conversation rather than in public.
