Grievance Redressal
Last updated: October 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how to raise a complaint about any product or service of The Market Revelation, based in India — including our website, memberships, courses, indicators, TMR Portal, TMR Terminal and PropSyncer — and how we handle it. It is published in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It applies to everyone, wherever they live.
2. Contacting us first
Most questions are fastest through support: open a ticket in our Discord server (discord.gg/akz3bTgnx7) or email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with the answer, or your complaint is about personal data, content on our platforms, or a decision we made about your account, write to our Grievance Officer.
3. Grievance Officer
Grievance Officer, The Market Revelation
Email: [email protected], with the subject line "Grievance Officer"
The Grievance Officer also acts as the contact person for questions about the processing of personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. What to include
- your name and the email address on your account;
- the product or service concerned, and any order, licence or ticket reference;
- what happened, when, and what you would like us to do;
- for content complaints, a link to the content and why it is unlawful or infringes your rights;
- any supporting documents or screenshots (do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or card details).
5. What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (48 hours at the latest), and give you a reference number.
- We resolve it within 15 days of receipt, and in any case within one month, keeping you informed if we need more information.
- Requests to remove content that exposes a person's private areas, shows them in a sexual act or conduct, or impersonates them in electronic form are acted on within 24 hours.
- Personal data requests (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, nomination) are answered within the period the law requires.
6. If you are not satisfied
You may escalate an unresolved complaint to the authorities that apply to you, including:
- the National Consumer Helpline (call 1915 or visit consumerhelpline.gov.in) and the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019;
- for personal data, the Data Protection Board of India, once you have first raised the matter with us;
- for decisions about content on our platforms, the Grievance Appellate Committee under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
- outside India, your local consumer protection authority or data protection authority.
Raising a grievance with us does not affect any legal right you have.
