TMR Terminal — The Market Revelation

TMR Terminal brings together data and services from many third parties. This notice explains how you may use them and what we are, and are not, responsible for. It forms part of the TMR Terminal End User Licence Agreement.

1. Not affiliated

Brokers, exchanges, prop firms, trading platforms, data vendors, news publishers and other services that appear in TMR Terminal are independent of us. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them unless we say so expressly. Their names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify their products. NinjaTrader is a registered trade mark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. TradingView and Pine Script are trade marks of TradingView, Inc.; TMR Terminal is not a TradingView product, and its script engine is an independent implementation of a similar language.

2. Their terms apply

When you connect or use a third-party service through TMR Terminal, its own terms, privacy policy and rules apply, and you must follow them. In particular, some brokers and platforms restrict the use of third-party software, automation, multiple sessions, or access from particular countries. A third party can change, limit or withdraw the access a feature relies on at any time, and the feature may then stop working.

3. Market data

Personal use only. Market data shown in TMR Terminal is for your own personal, non-commercial viewing and trading decisions. You must not redistribute, resell, publish, broadcast or display it to anyone else, use it to build a database or derived product, or use it in any automated or non-display application, unless you hold the licences the relevant exchange or vendor requires.

Where it comes from. Public crypto-exchange data is provided free by those exchanges. Data from other vendors and from brokers is fetched with your own account, key or sign-in, under your own agreement with that provider, and is shown only to you. If an exchange requires you to declare whether you are a professional or non-professional subscriber, or to pay for real-time data, that is between you and your broker or vendor.

No guarantee. Data may be delayed, incomplete, aggregated or wrong, may differ from your broker's prices, and may be interrupted without notice. Volume, order-flow, footprint and similar figures are estimates calculated from the data available and may differ from other platforms. Neither we nor any data provider is responsible for decisions made using the data.

4. News, calendars, sentiment and education

Headlines, economic calendars, positioning and sentiment figures, social posts and educational videos come from their publishers and are shown as received, with links to the original where available. We do not write, check or endorse them, and they are not advice. Copyright in them belongs to their publishers.

5. Discord

You can sign in with Discord. Discord then shares your Discord user ID, username, avatar and email address with us under Discord's own terms.

6. PropSyncer and NinjaTrader

TMR Terminal can work with PropSyncer, our trade-copying software, which has its own licence agreement. TMR Terminal's NinjaTrader connection installs an add-on into NinjaTrader on your computer; your use of NinjaTrader, and of the broker connections in it, is governed by NinjaTrader's terms and your broker's.

7. Open-source software

TMR Terminal is built with open-source software, including Electron and Chromium. Each open-source component is licensed under its own licence, and nothing in our agreements restricts the rights those licences give you. Copyright notices and licence texts for these components are available on request from [email protected].

8. Charting library

Charts in TMR Terminal are built on Lightweight Charts™, an open-source library by TradingView, Inc., licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and modified by us.
