Read this before you use PropSyncer (the "Software") on any account that holds real money or a prop firm evaluation.

Trading is risky

Futures, forex and CFDs are leveraged. Small price movements can cause large losses, and you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade money you can afford to lose. Past results, including anything shown on a shared P&L card, do not indicate future results.

The Software does not give advice

The Software copies what the leader account does, according to rules you set. It does not tell you what to trade, it does not judge whether a trade is sensible, and nothing in it is financial advice. Every trade it copies is your decision.

Copying is never perfect

Automated copying multiplies every trade across every follower — including mistakes. Specifically:

  • orders on different accounts can fill at different prices and times, or partially;
  • an order can be rejected or never sent — because of a broker, a platform, a prop firm, your internet connection or your computer;
  • a disconnection, platform restart or outage can leave accounts out of step with the leader until it recovers;
  • a follower can end up with a different position than you intended if its settings, ratio or size limits are wrong;
  • copying between different markets (for example futures to a CFD) converts sizes and prices between instruments that do not move identically.

Test every setup on simulation accounts first. Watch your accounts while copying runs, and keep a way to flatten them on the platform itself.

Prop firm rules

Many prop firms restrict or ban copy trading, trade copiers, or copying between accounts owned by different people, and their rules change. Some, Topstep among them, also prohibit trading from a VPS, VPN or remote server, so run PropSyncer on your own computer for those accounts. Breaking these rules can end an account and forfeit payouts. Checking and following each firm's current rules is your responsibility, not ours.

Licensing never trades

If your subscription lapses, a licence check fails, or a device is revoked, the Software stops copying. It never closes or changes your open positions on your behalf — you must manage them yourself.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your trading, your accounts, your settings, and your compliance with every broker's, platform's and prop firm's terms. By using the Software you accept these risks.
