How to install, chart, trade and get help with TMR Terminal for Windows.

Getting started

What you need, installing, signing in and your first five minutes.

TMR Terminal is a charting and trading desk for Windows. It puts multi-chart layouts, order flow, Pine scripts, replay and order entry through your own broker in one app that keeps itself up to date.

What you need

  • A PC running Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
  • A TMR account with a TMR Terminal licence. Access is granted by licence; ask us on Discord if you do not have one yet. Each licence covers a number of computers (seats).
  • An internet connection. The terminal is a live service, not an offline copy.

Install

  1. Sign in on themarketrevelation.com and open the Trade Terminal from TMR Portal. In a browser it offers the installer: choose Download for Windows.
  2. Run the installer. If Windows SmartScreen stops it, choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. TMR Terminal opens and asks you to sign in with your TMR account, by email or with Discord.
  4. The first computer you sign in on takes one seat of your licence. If you have used all your seats, contact us to release one.

Only download TMR Terminal from themarketrevelation.com. We never send installers by email or direct message.

Your first five minutes

  1. Pick a market. Click the symbol at the top left of a chart and search. Crypto markets from the built-in exchanges work straight away; other markets need a data source (see Market data).
  2. Choose a timeframe from the interval menu, and star the ones you use so they sit in the toolbar.
  3. Add an indicator from the indicators button, and a drawing from the rail on the left.
  4. Split the screen with the layout picker to see several charts at once.
  5. Practise first. Trade on a paper account before you connect a live broker (see Paper and replay).

Your layouts save themselves as you work.

Where things are

  • Top bar: symbol, timeframe, chart type, indicators, layouts, alerts, replay and full screen.
  • Left rail: drawing tools. Star the ones you use most.
  • Bottom left: the account menu, where you choose which account the chart trades, and open Accounts, Data sources and Settings.
  • Panels: watchlist, order ticket, DOM, alerts, journal, news and tools. Any panel can be docked, turned into a tab, or split beside another.
